Terms of sale (public offer)

Version of August 5, 2026

A formal offer to enter into a contract for the sale of a digital product. Placing and paying for an order means full acceptance of these terms.

1.General provisions

1.1The seller is CardKZ, owner of the website cardkz.com, selling Apple gift cards in the form of digital redemption codes.
1.2The buyer is a person with legal capacity who has placed an order on the website.
1.3The product is a digital Apple gift card redemption code intended for an Apple Account set to the Republic of Kazakhstan region.
1.4Placing and paying for an order constitutes acceptance of this offer and conclusion of a contract on these terms in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.5The seller is an independent gift card reseller and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

2.1The seller undertakes to hand over a digital code of the stated value, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for it.
2.2The product is delivered electronically only. No physical medium is handed over and no shipping takes place.
2.3The value, price and region of the product are stated on the page of the corresponding amount.

3.1The buyer selects an amount and quantity, provides an email address and confirms agreement with this offer.
3.2The email address is the only required contact. The code and the private order link are sent to it; the buyer is responsible for the address being correct.
3.3The number of cards in a single order is limited by stock. The available maximum is shown on the amount's page.
3.4Before paying, the buyer must make sure their Apple Account region is Kazakhstan. Apple does not accept cards from other regions, and this restriction is set by Apple, not by the seller.

4.1Prices are stated in rubles per unit of product and are valid at the time the order is placed. The card face value is stated in tenge - that is the amount credited to the Apple Account.
4.2Payment is made by bank card through a payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's side and are never passed to the seller.
4.3The buyer chooses the payment currency at checkout. The amount is converted at the seller's rate and may differ from the ruble price; the payment system shows the final amount before the payment is confirmed.
4.4The buyer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled once the seller receives confirmation from the payment system.

5.1Once payment is confirmed, the code is issued automatically: it is emailed and becomes available on the private order link at the same time.
5.2The product is considered duly delivered from the moment the code became available to the buyer through the order link or was sent by email. A delay on the email provider's side is not a failure to deliver: the order link keeps working.
5.3Individual orders may be held for review - for example, with a large amount or a series of consecutive orders. The seller reports the outcome by email; if the order is declined, the payment is refunded in full.
5.4If a paid amount cannot be issued, the seller refunds the value of the undelivered part of the order.

6.1The seller undertakes to hand over a code matching the paid amount and region, and to keep it available through the private order link.
6.2The buyer understands that the code is a bearer instrument: anyone who obtains it can redeem it. The seller is not liable for the consequences of passing the code to third parties.
6.3The seller may refuse a sale and refund the payment where there are signs of fraud, payment with someone else's bank card, or a breach of these terms.
6.4The buyer undertakes not to use the website for actions that breach the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7.1The code is a digital product. Once it has been revealed to the buyer or emailed, returns and exchanges are impossible: the seller cannot take the code back, nor verify whether it has been used.
7.2The cases in which a refund is possible, and how to request one, are described in the refund policy. The refund policy forms an integral part of this offer.

8.1The seller is not responsible for the operation of Apple services, changes to Apple's rules, or the blocking or restriction of the buyer's account.
8.2The seller's liability under this contract is limited to the value of the paid order.
8.3Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure.

9.1By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms of the privacy policy published on the website.
9.2The data collected is limited to what is necessary to perform the contract and to prevent fraud.

10.1The contract is effective from acceptance until both parties have fully performed their obligations.
10.2The seller may amend this offer. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order; the version date is stated at the top of the document.
10.3Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
