1.General provisions

  1. 1.1These terms govern the use of the website cardkz.com and its services.
  2. 1.2Using the website means accepting these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the website.
  3. 1.3The terms of purchase, payment and delivery are set out in the public offer; these terms of use do not replace them.

2.Your account

  1. 2.1The account area has no password: you sign in through a one-time link sent to the email address used for your orders.
  2. 2.2The link is valid for a limited time and works only once.
  3. 2.3Access to the mailbox means access to the orders and codes. Keeping the mailbox secure is the user's responsibility.
  4. 2.4If you suspect your mailbox has been compromised, contact support: we can help establish which codes were revealed and when.

3.Rules of use

  1. 3.1Interfering with the website, attempting to access other people's orders, and circumventing rate limits or order checks are prohibited.
  2. 3.2Automated collection of website data without the owner's written permission is prohibited.
  3. 3.3Paying with someone else's bank card and any unlawful use of the website are prohibited.
  4. 3.4Breaching these rules is grounds for refusing service.

4.Intellectual property

  1. 4.1The design, texts and source code of the website belong to its owner and are protected by copyright law.
  2. 4.2Apple, App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV+, iCloud+ and Apple Gift Card are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. They are used on this website solely to identify the product.
  3. 4.3This website is not an Apple Inc. website and is not affiliated with it.

5.Service availability

  1. 5.1The website is provided on an “as is” basis. The seller does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  2. 5.2Maintenance breaks are possible, as are failures of third-party services - the bank, the payment provider, the email provider.
  3. 5.3If a paid order was not fulfilled because of such a failure, the seller refunds the payment as described in the refund policy.

6.Restricting access

  1. 6.1The seller may suspend service in the event of a breach of these rules, signs of fraud, or limits being exceeded.
  2. 6.2Orders that were paid but not fulfilled are refunded to the buyer in full.

7.Changes to these terms

  2. 7.2Continuing to use the website after changes are published means accepting the new version.

8.Governing law

  1. 8.1These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  2. 8.2Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by law.
