Refund policy
Version of August 5, 2026
A code is a digital product, and once revealed it cannot be returned. Below: what is refunded, what is not, and how to ask.
1.The general rule
- 1.1Once a code has been shown on the order page or sent by email, the order cannot be returned or exchanged: the seller can neither take the code back nor verify whether it has been used.
- 1.2The buyer confirms agreement with this condition by a separate checkbox at checkout.
2.When a refund is possible
- 2.1Payment went through but no code was issued - for example, the amount turned out to be out of stock. The value of the undelivered part is refunded.
- 2.2The order was declined after review - the full amount is refunded.
- 2.3The same order was charged twice - the extra payment is refunded in full.
- 2.4An issued code turns out not to work or was redeemed before delivery. We first try to replace the code; if that is impossible, the money is refunded.
3.What is not grounds for a refund
- 3.1The Apple Account region is not Kazakhstan. This is Apple's restriction, and the region must be checked before payment.
- 3.2The buyer changed their mind after receiving the code.
- 3.3The code was passed to third parties and used by them.
- 3.4The Apple Account was blocked or restricted by Apple itself.
4.How to request a refund
- 4.1Write to the support address from the same email address the order was placed with.
- 4.2Include your order number in the AC-XXXXXX format and describe what happened.
- 4.3For a code that does not work, attach a screenshot of the error message - that speeds things up.
- 4.4We report the decision by email to the same address.
5.How the money comes back
- 5.1Refunds are made by the same method and to the same bank card used for payment: the payment system supports no other route.
- 5.2The crediting time is set by the buyer's bank and usually takes from a few days to two weeks.
- 5.3Refunds are made in the currency of the payment. Because exchange rates move, the amount in rubles may differ from the original.
- 5.4A partial refund is possible where some of the order's codes were delivered and some were not.
6.Disputing the payment with your bank
- 6.1If you dispute a payment for an order that has already been delivered, the seller will provide the bank with delivery evidence: the time of payment, the time the code was revealed and the order number.
- 6.2Contacting support settles the matter faster than a chargeback: bank disputes take weeks.
